The Sidewinder is our premium handheld observational thermal monocular series. All models come equipped with either a 640x512 twelve micron infrared detector and a 1024x768 OLED display, for improved color rendering. The Sidewinder thermal sensors are equipped with sensitive temperature ratings, coming in at sub-20 millikelvin across the entire product family. Improvements over the Taipan monoculars include a more robust body/housing and a removable, rechargeable 18650 battery. The Sidewinders 64GB memory with advanced software supporting both video recording and image capturing. The primary uses for these thermal monoculars include hunting, law enforcement, search and rescue, personal security, conservation, anti-poaching, camping, hiking and different marine applications. Includes battery charger, power cable, lens cloth, two wrist straps, neck strap, 18650 batteries, power adapter, user manual and carry bag.
